Rushwick Folk Club---  Data Protection and Privacy Statement.

1. We process information for recreational purposes only

2. The club is run on a not for profit basis

3. Data is controlled and processed by Derek Lovell

4. We only store electronically name and email address for the specific reason of contacting individuals about the clubs monthly meetings and any other information they might find of interest.

5. We will never pass your name or email address to any other organisation or when sending out club emails.

6. If an individual asks for their email address to be removed from our data base this will  be dealt with immediately upon receiving an emailed or written request    

7. Data is held securely by the organiser who takes all possible precautions to ensure that it is protected from loss or misuse.
